Dr. Paula A. Monroe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of P.A.M. Media Outreach, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing leaders through intentional leadership experiences, community engagement, and educational partnerships.


As a scholar-practitioner, educator, researcher, and community leader, Dr. Monroe has spent more than a decade creating opportunities that empower individuals to discover their voice, strengthen their leadership capacity, and make meaningful contributions within their schools, workplaces, and communities.


Through P.A.M. Media Outreach and its initiatives, Dr. Monroe serves elementary, middle, and high school students, parents, and adult community members, creating leadership pathways that support growth at every stage of life. Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership development should be intentional, accessible, and community-centered.


Dr. Monroe earned her Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and her Master of Business Administration and continues to bridge research and practice through leadership development programs, community partnerships, educational initiatives, and professional training opportunities.

Elementary School
