P.A.M. Media Outreach Leadership Case Study Report - Bob Hope Elementary (2024-2025)
Abstract
Using a culturally responsive approach, this case study examines a five-week P.A.M. Media Outreach practicum where students built leadership identities grounded in empathy, service, and accountability. Data from journals, visual reflections, and narratives revealed six core traits aligned with PYD and YPAR frameworks. All student examples use pseudonyms.
