That's why we're proud to announce that we have repurposed two of our previous youth leaders, who have been a part of our transformative nine-week program over the years. These exceptional individuals, now pursuing their college education, are returning to their roots to make a lasting impact in the very communities that helped shape them.
By hiring these dedicated former youth leaders, we are repurposing their potential as mentors and ensuring that the next generation of leaders receives guidance from those who truly understand their unique challenges and experiences. These young leaders have firsthand knowledge of the inner-city communities we serve, making them ideal role models who can inspire and motivate the youth to strive for success.
