 P.A.M. Media Outreach, Inc. empowers youth and families through leadership development, civic engagement, mentorship, and community partnerships that foster Respect, Accountability, Communication, and Commitment (RACC).

Join us as we bring together youth, families, mental health professionals, educators, faith-based organizations, community leaders, and local partners for a morning of education, resources, and meaningful conversations that strengthen our community.


Hosted by P.A.M. Media Outreach, Inc. and facilitated by the P.A.M. Media Outreach Westside Rising Engagement Youth Leaders, this workshop reflects the power of youth leadership and community collaboration.

Community-Based Leadership Initiative

Outside of the School Walls: Leaders Beyond the Classroom 

P.A.M. Media Outreach extends leadership development beyond the classroom by connecting youth with community leaders, mentors, and real-world learning experiences.

Through our RACC framework (Respect, Accountability, Communication, and Commitment), participants strengthen their leadership skills, civic engagement, and community involvement while preparing to lead in school, at work, and in life.
